Aida is your newest and smartest dynamic assistant from Ansarada. Leveraging Ansarada Intelligence, Aida is here to help you move your project forward faster with on-demand insights and document summaries.
To access Aida, you must be a Room Administrator.
How to access Aida
Aida Prompts
A prompt is how you interact with Aida—what you send to get a response, whether it’s a question, instruction, or request. The clearer and more specific your prompt, the more useful and accurate the output will be.
Administrators can now use up to 100 free prompts per data room.
How can I unlock more prompts?
Unlimited prompts become available once your subscription is activated.
For Corporate Subscription administrators: You can activate your subscription early by clicking ‘Unlock Aida’ in the Aida chat window and following the steps to subscribe. An invoice will be issued, and your room will go live so you can invite guests.
For Advisor Subscription administrators: Confirm your subscription and invite a guest into the room to activate it. Once your data room subscription is active, unlimited Aida usage will be unlocked.

Step 2: Where to locate Aida
You can find Aida and ask her questions from either Manage Documents or Document Index. She is located on the top right of the screen next to the "Actions" tab.

To get started quickly, use our prompts. Alternatively, you can ask questions about the topics of Documents, Access, and People.
Aida needs you!
Aida is always ready to help, but she doesn’t connect to external data sources. She relies entirely on the information you provide in your data room. The more activity there is in the data room, the more insights she’ll be able to offer.

Step 1: How to access Aida in PDF preview
Ask Aida from within a specific file by clicking on the file name (PDF files only) in Document Index or Manage Documents. Click on Aida to the top right and ask away.
OR Click the 3 lines to the right of the document from Manage Documents or Document index and click on Aida.

Aida does not use your data to train herself or her broader models. Your conversations with her are not saved or archived and are cleared with each login session and never leave the room. This ensures that your confidential information remains secure within your data room and is not used to improve her general capabilities.
If Aida provides a summary or insight that you want to keep, you need to copy and save it yourself, as it will not be available in a later session.
