What does Aida do?
Your Data Room is powered by Ansarada Intelligence, you'll see our friendly helper located in the top right of your rooms. Simply locate the icon and you'll be able to connect with Aida.
Who can use Aida?
Aida is now available to all room roles. The answers you will see will only be information relevant to what that role and user can actually see. Admins can see and understand all information in the room. Whilst publishers can only see information on documents not on users or security. Guests can ask questions on the documents and Q&A they can see.
What is a credit?
A credit is the unit of measurement we use to indicate that you have interacted with Aida. For example asking a question.
Can I turn Aida off for guests?
Admins will be able to turn Ask Aida off for specific teams or sub-teams — similar to how AI Translate permissions work today.
Key behaviours when Aida is disabled for a team:
The Ask Aida button will be hidden across all relevant areas: Preview, Document Index, and Manage Documents.
Aida conversation history will also be hidden from the UI — but not deleted. If access is re-enabled, history reappears (as long as conversations are less than 30 days old).
In Q&A: the user will fall back to the non-conversational version of Aida (the read-only version currently shown to Guests).
Aida will be enabled by default for all new and existing data rooms — customers need to actively opt out. This setting will appear in Team Permissions and Copy Team screens.
Aida and insights
Ask Aida some of your most vital questions, receive insights on popularity of documents, set up and access, and collate user lists. Aida prompts you with sample questions and allows you to export your findings.
Aida and document summaries:
Within a file or from the three-lined menu button you can ask Aida to summarise your files. Ask for key information and deliver insights immediately to you as an Administrator to help drive your process forwards.

Aida can also be used to highlight similar questions to you, showing how similar they are and providing a link to the previously provided answers.
Aida will also be able to suggest an answer for your question based on the similar questions and answers provided.

Check your recent History
You can now check the recent history of your personal interactions with Aida. Simply click on the clock icon within Aida to see your most recent conversations.
