FAQs

What is a credit?

A credit is the unit use to measure your usage of Aida.

How is credit consumption measured?

Each time you submit a prompt or run a task, Aida consumes credits based on the complexity of the request and the amount of content processed. Credit usage reflects the volume of text analysed and generated.

For example, shorter and simpler queries typically use fewer credits, while longer documents, more detailed analysis, or complex tasks may use more. This ensures you’re only charged for what you actually use.

You can check your credit usage at any time by clicking the hamburger menu in Aida.

Why do I see Aida in some data rooms but not others?

Access to Aida is managed by data room administrators.

Administrators control which features are enabled in each data room, including Aida. In most cases, Aida will be enabled, but if you don’t see Aida in a particular room, it may have been turned off by the administrators.

If you’d like access, we recommend reaching out to the data room administrators to request that Aida be enabled (if appropriate for that project).

Why can I use Aida in some data rooms even if I haven't paid for it?

Purchasing Aida is currently required when you want to use Aida as a Guest. However as an administrator, if Aida is already enabled you will not need to purchase it separately.

If I purchase Aida as an add-on, can I use it across all data rooms?

Yes. When you purchase Aida as an add-on, you can use it across all data rooms and projects where Aida is enabled (and your role allows usage).

Your access is not limited to a single data room.
