Ansarada and Harvey have entered a strategic partnership to combine Ansarada's secure virtual data room with Harvey's AI platform for legal and professional services. The integration lets joint customers move deal documents securely from an Ansarada Room into Harvey, and analyse and draft against those materials inside Harvey's Assistant, Vault and Word Add-in — without leaving their workflow or weakening the security and governance posture of the deal.

Our Harvey integration should only be used by administrators and those with access to the original documents within the Ansarada platform. Buyers on investors will not be able to make use of this integration at this time.

Legal and corporate deal teams are under pressure to move faster on transactions while holding an increasingly high bar on confidentiality, audit, and AI governance. Generative AI has transformed how lawyers and bankers review documents, but the value of those tools is capped by how easily — and how safely — deal materials can flow into them. Until now, joint customers had to choose between speed (downloading and re-uploading documents into AI tools, with the security and version-control risk that creates) and rigour (keeping data inside the data room and slowing AI-assisted review).

There are 2 ways to connect Harvey to Ansarada, see the scenarios below

Go to app.harvey.ai and log in.

Click Files then scroll through your list of connects and click Add from Ansarada.

You'll see the normal Ansarada login page - login with your existing credentials. Note you have to be an existing customer with both Harvey and Ansarada to access the integration.

You'll see a list of all rooms to which you have access, select the relevant one.

You'll see a lit of all files within the room that you have access to, scroll through or search for the right files and tick the box to the left.

You can then ask Harvey to summarise / compare to existing precedent or complete your analytical legal tasks on files direct from Ansarada without downloading and importing.

Go to app.harvey.ai and log in.

Click Vault on your left-hand toolbar then scroll through your list of connects and click Add from Ansarada.

You'll see the normal Ansarada login page - login with your existing credentials. Note you have to be an existing customer with both Harvey and Ansarada to access the integration.

You'll see a list of all rooms to which you have access, select the relevant one.

Choose the relevant folders from the Ansarada Data Room in your list. In this menu you can choose a refresh time, this will be the time that your Vault is synced with the DR to reveal any new files uploaded.

Harvey will index all the files you upload to the Vault allowing you access to even more powerful search capabilities, including use of review tables to dynamically compare and contrast.
