Learn how to bulk un-redact files in one go. This allows you to ultimately remove all redactions on a file in just a few clicks. If you're approaching the end of a deal and will be required to submit all of the files without black-lining or redaction, then please follow the steps below.
How to bulk un-redact

Step 1: Log in to the Ansarada Data Room
Log in at os.ansarada.com.
Step 2: Navigate to the Manage Documents Section
On the left-hand side, click "Documents" under "Manage."
Step 3: Filter for redacted files
Go to 'Filter' in the top of the page. Select redacted files. This will show all files which have redaction on them already.
Step 4: Select the relevant items and redact
Tick the items on the left of the index which you'd like to redact. You can select all by clicking at the top of the column and select Redact.
Step 5: Choose the Output
You have 3 options for what you'd like to do with your un-redacted files.
Add to Manage Documents
Download to your device
Replace the original document
Step 6: Review and un-redact
Review the summary (document count, destination, output option) and click redact.
Step 7: Email receipt confirmation
You'll receive email confirmation confirming the items have been un-redacted.

No once this action has been confirmed it's not possible to un-do this.
Does the original document have to be in the room to perform un-redaction?

No. We've recently updated the logic so that un-redaction can be performed independently, without requiring the original document to remain in the room.
Does 'Add to Manage Documents' add to the data gauge?

Yes. Adding unredacted documents back to Manage Documents/Document Index works the same way as copying a document and will count towards the room's data storage.
Can I bulk edit only certain areas of a redacted file?

Bulk editing is not possible, only bulk un-redacting in full is possible. If you'd like to edit you'll need to do this individually for each file and select which areas you'd like to redact.
