Our Legora integration can be used by all role types based on their access to documents within the Ansarada platform. Buyers or investors can connect their Legora instance, but will only be able to open files which do not have security restrictions applied. Users must already have a Legora account set up to benefit from this partnership.

Legal and corporate deal teams are under pressure to move faster on transactions while holding an increasingly high bar on confidentiality, audit, and AI governance. Generative AI has transformed how lawyers and bankers review documents, but the value of those tools is capped by how easily — and how safely — deal materials can flow into them. Until now, joint customers had to choose between speed (downloading and re-uploading documents into AI tools, with the security and version-control risk that creates) and rigour (keeping data inside the data room and slowing AI-assisted review).

Go to login.legora.com and log in.

Check with your admin to ensure they have set up Ansarada in the settings area.

Click Add Files. From here you'll see a list of available connections. If it's not appearing you may need to click 'more integrations'. Select "Upload from Ansarada".

Authenticate your details and log in to Ansarada.

You'll see a list of all rooms to which you have access, select the relevant one.

You'll see a lit of all folders and files within the room that you have access to, scroll through or search for the right files and select the ones you'd like to upload. Hit upload in the bottom right.

You can then ask Legora to complete the relevant tasks on files direct from Ansarada without downloading and importing.
