AiDA now tells the sell-side Q&A Administrator which open questions the room's own content can answer. It then drafts grounded, cited answers from the room's PDFs and earlier answers, which the Administrator can review and act on in one place without opening each question.
How it works
When bidders submit questions, AiDA looks for answers in your room and prepares a suggested answer where it can. You don't have to open each question and ask for one. You can see all the questions AiDA can answer in the View Questions section.
Drafts come from your room. Suggested answers are based on the documents and similar questions in your room. AiDA doesn't use outside sources, and the review screen shows the source each answer is based on.
You stay in control. A draft is a starting point. Nothing is sent to the bidder until you review it and choose to disclose.
