File Types
Any file type can be uploaded to an Ansarada Room. To open files from the Room, the necessary programs must be installed on the computer being used.
File Size Limits
1. PDF and MS Office files
The maximum file size for individual PDF, Excel, Word and PowerPoint files is 1.5 GB. Files larger than 1.5 GB need to be split into smaller files or converted to a .zip file. The file size for .zip files is unlimited. To upload file larger than 500 MB, please use the Bulk Upload tool.
2. All other file types
The maximum file size for individual files (other than PDF and MS Office files) is 10GB. To upload files larger than 500 MB, please use the Bulk Upload tool.
