How to get a Document security report

Ensure your files are secured by running a Document security report.

This report is only available to Administrators and Viewers.

The Document security report shows you document access, the Security controls that have been applied to the files and Watermarks applied to Teams and Sub-teams.



How to generate the document security report

Step 1: Log in to the Ansarada Data Room

  • Log in at os.ansarada.com

Step 2: Locate the Reports tab

  • On the left-hand side under View, select Reports.

Step 3: Locate Document Security

  • Under the Security header, select Document Security.

Step 4: Select the green tick box to remove any of items from the report.

  • Document access, Security controls and Watermark information are included in the report by default

Step 5: Select the dropdown to choose a Team or Sub-team

  • Choose the team the sub-team for the report information.

Step 4: Select Download to run the report.

  • The report will be added to your downloads folder.

  • The report format will always be Excel.

FAQs

Can I see changes in security here?

No this report is a static report which reflects the current state of the security. To see changes to security you'll need to go to the Document History Report.

Can I share this document with anyone?

Yes once you've exported the excel you'll be able to share this with whoever you need.
