The Document Views report is available to Administrators and Viewers and provides a complete audit trail of who has viewed a specific document in the Room. It shows the viewer’s name, email address, team, the exact date and time of the view, and even the search phrase they used when locating the document. Use this report to track engagement and maintain a detailed audit history for any document.
How to run the report:
Step 1: Log in to the Ansarada Data Room
Log in at dash.ansarada.com.
Step 2: Go to the Left menu
Under View, select Reports.
Step 3: Select the Document Views link
Under Documents, choose Document views.
Step 4: Select the document
Find the document you want to audit. On the far right, click the Report icon.
