To include disabled documents in your bulk download please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Log in to the Ansarada Data Room
Log in at dash.ansarada.com
Step 2: Go to the Manage Documents Section.
On the left-hand side under "Manage", select "Documents".
Step 3: Filter for disabled files
Go to Filter in the top tool bar, in the Documents dropdown, select Disabled Documents.
Step 4: Choose the relevant files and folders
Select the checkbox to the left of the documents and folders to include in the download.
Step 4: Select Download in the bulk action toolbar.
In the toolbar, select Download.
Step 5: Name your bulk download.
You will be prompted to name your bulk download.
Step 6: Your Bulk Download is being generated.

You can share the link with others if needed, for administrators security will not be applied and can therefore be shared and downloaded as needed. For publishers, and viewers please ensure to check their security prior to any sharing of the Bulk Download.
