The Document Notifications report is available exclusively to Admins and provides a complete history of all document‑related notifications sent from the Room. It allows you to see exactly who was notified, about which document, and when the notification was delivered.
Please note that each user manages their own document notification preferences—such as adjusting frequency or turning notifications off entirely—and these settings cannot be modified by an Admin on their behalf.
Option 1: Run the Report for All Documents
Step 1: Log in to the Ansarada Data Room
Log in at dash.ansarada.com.
Step 2: Go to the Left menu
Under Manage, select Documents.
Step 3: Open the Actions menu
Click the Actions menu (top‑right corner) and choose Notifications report.
Step 4: Adjust your filters
In the Documents Notification List window, you can:
Enter a user's email address (optional)
Select a date range
Adjust results per page (20 → 5000)
Tick the box to export to Excel if required
Good to know:
All timestamps in the Document Notifications report are displayed in Sydney time.

Step 1: Log in to the Ansarada Data Room
Log in at dash.ansarada.com.
Step 2: Locate the document
Navigate to the document within the Manage Documents section.
Step 3: Open the Item Menu
Click the Item Menu (three‑lines icon) and select Notifications report.
Step 4: Adjust your filters
In the Documents Notification List window, you can:
Filter by email address (optional)
Choose a date range
Adjust results per page (20 → 5000)
