The Document Activity report provides valuable insights into the activity of each person on every document. This is a great way to get a summary of all the activity happening in the room!
This report is only available to Administrators and Viewers.
⚠️Good to know: The Document Activity report will be generated in Excel format, and the date and time shown on the report are in Sydney time.
Steps to run the report:
Step 1: Log in to the Ansarada Data Room.
Log in at dash.ansarada.com.
Step 2: Go to the Left menu.
Under View, select Reports.
Step 3: Select the Document Activity Report.
Under Documents, choose Document Activity report.
Step 4: Apply your filters:
Filters include:
Period
Document status
People status
Step 5: Download the report
Select Download. The Excel file will save to your default downloads folder.
