After the company Administrator publishes a circular resolution, the selected users will receive notifications. As a Board User, you can take action by either signing or abstaining. Follow these simple steps:
To view the circular resolutions published by your company Administrator, go to the Binders view and select Circular Resolutions on the left hand menu.
You will see a list of available circular resolutions. Choose the specific circular resolution from the list.
Select Sign or Abstain from the top-right menu.
If you choose to sign, add your signature using your finger, mouse or stylus.
