Board - Add contributor

Invite anyone to securely contribute / upload documents into your Board portal.

What is a contributor?

Contributor is an individual invited by Administrators to contribute documents. Contributors do not have access to board materials, nor can they log into Ansarada Board.

Add contributor

You can invite anyone to securely contribute documents by adding them as a contributor, follow these steps:

  1. Go to People, select Contributors.

  2. Select Add contributor.

  3. Fill out the first name, last name, email address and user role.

  4. Select the boards this user can contribute to.

    ⚠️Good to know: If no boards are selected the contributor's documents will be available to admins on all current and future boards.

  5. You can choose to enable MFA for this user.

  6. When adding a new contributor, consider whether to grant them access for a limited time only. Access can be revoked at any time.


Edit contributor

You can edit, disable and delete contributor by selecting the Item Menu (three lines) next to the contributor, refer the steps below:

  • Edit: Update contributor details and settings.

  • Disable: Once disabled, the contributors can no longer contribute documents. All previously uploaded documents will remain in the Inbox. You can re-enable their access in the future.

  • Delete: Once deleted. the contributors can no longer contribute documents. All uploaded documents will stay in the Inbox. Restoration or reactivation of their access is not possible
