Easily contribute and upload documents into the Board portal.

If you've been invited to contribute documents, follow these easy steps to securely upload them to the Board portal:

1. Find your invitation email to access the contributor site.

💡Tip: If you have been invited but haven't received the invite email, your mail server may be filtering the email as spam. Here's how to get the invite:

  • Check your junk/spam folder to see if the invite email is there.

  • If you still can’t find your invite, ask your IT team to white list [email protected].

  • Ask the Board Administrator to resend the invitation.

2. Click to choose a file or drag and drop it into the upload box.

3. Review your document list and choose Upload all to contribute all documents at once, or select Upload on the right of each document to contribute specified documents.

⚠️Good to know

  • You can upload PDF and Microsoft Office documents.

  • Each document must be less than 100MB.

  • The upload limit is 10 documents. If your upload limit has been reached, please reach out to your Board Administrator.
