❗️Error: The token for the user is invalid. Please remove the app from the provider GoogleDrive and try again.

This error occurs if you have connected the same Google Drive account on multiple Platform profiles.

To fix the issue, follow these steps:

2. Under Third-party apps with account access, select Manage third-party access.

3. Select Ansarada Integrations, then select Remove access.

4. From the Remove access pop up, select OK.

💡Tip: Once these steps have been followed, login to Pathways and re connect your Google Drive. Learn how to reconnect here.
