ℹ️This feature is only accessible to Firm Admins and Company Admins.
If a person has misplaced their invite to Pathways, Firm and Company Admins are able to resend the invitations.
To resend a person their invitation, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Top navigation menu, select Settings.

2. Select Team from the Settings sub menu.

3. Under Pending, locate the person you would like to resend the invitation to.

💡Tip: If Pending does not appear in the Sub Menu, everyone has accepted their invitations.
4. Select the Item menu, then select Resend invitation.

5. Once successfully resent, Invitation sent will appear.

⚠️Good to know: If a person has not received their invitation email after resending it, their mail server may be filtering the email as spam or blocking it. Learn more here.
