Any time a document is updated or uploaded into a Scorecard it will reflect in the Last updated column. This shows you the date it was modified/uploaded and the action user name.
To check when a file was last updated from the Topics sub menu, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Sub menu. Select Topics.
2. Find the Area you wish to view, then select the Topic.
3. Go to Documents, and check the Last updated column.
⚠️Good to know: If a file has been replaced, the name of the last person who updated the file will appear. If a file has been uploaded and synced using Box, Dropbox, Google Drive or OneDrive the user name will not appear.
