ℹ️ This feature is only accessible to Admins and Publishers.
Files and folders can be reshuffled and moved at any time.
Admins and Publishers can use drag and drop to move files and folders into another folder location.
To change the order of files and folders, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Left menu. Under Manage, select Documents.
2. Next to the file or folder that you want to re order click on the Pencil icon.
3. You can then Edit in place and change the number.
4. Once you are happy with the edit that has been made press Enter to save this change.
💡Tip: The order of the files and folders is dependant on their number. So if you need a folder or file to display at the top you will need to change the number to match where you want this to appear in the Document Index.
