ℹ️This feature is only accessible to Admins.

The time stamps in some areas of the Room can be changed to reflect your time zone. Those areas are the Document Index, Admin History, Q&A and some Reporting.
 

  1. Contact Ansarada Support with the Room name, Room URL and your preferred time zone.
  2. The Ansarada Support team will make the change and reply to let you know once it's changed.
  3. Once you receive the email, log out of the Room and log back in. The new time zone will be visible in the areas of the Room that you specified.
