Review Pathways

Update and review Areas and Topics within a Pathway.

Anyone that has access to a Pathway has the ability to review Topics and update the Topic status.

Each Area and even Topics within an Area can have Reviewers assigned to them.

Reviewers are responsible for Reviewing and verifying the documents and ensuring that all the Requirements have been met.

Pathway overview

A great way to review a company Pathway and the Areas within, is to check the Pathway dashboard.

To check the Company dashboard Go to Overview from the Sub menu.

The Overview page includes:

  • Company progress for all Areas

  • Activity in the last 7 days

  • Activity in the last 30 days

  • Topics not started

  • Topics in progress

  • Topics ready for review

  • Topics verified

  • Areas and a breakdown of their score/progress and activity over the last 7 and 30 days

Click on any Area to see the Topics within, or any Topics from the Company dashboard. Topics will contain the corresponding documents and Requirements.

💡Tip: The company score is based on all of the scores from the Areas and Topics within. If a person does not have access to an Area, they will not see the Area name or it's score. To learn more about how the Pathway is calculated here.

Review Pathway

Review Requirements

To review company Requirements, follow these steps:

  1. From the Pathway dashboard, select the Pathway you would like to review.

2. Go to the Sub menu, then select Topics.

3. Select the Topic you would like to review.

4. Under Requirements, a tick will appear for the Requirements that the company performs.

 

Review and Verify documents

To review and Verify documents, follow these steps:

  1. From the Pathway dashboard, select the Pathway you would like to review.

2. Go to the Sub menu, then select Topics.

3. Select the Topic that you would like to review.

4. Go to Documents, select the file to download it.

5. If the document meets the Requirements, select the Item menu next to the document to be verified.

6. Select Verify.

Update Topic status

Once all Requirements have been met and the files are Verified, Reviewers or anyone who has access can update the Topic status.

To update a Topic's status, follow these steps:

  1. From the Pathway dashboard, select the Pathway you would like to view.

2. Go to the Sub menu, then select Topics.

3. Select the Topic that you would like to update the status for.

4. Go to the Topic guide, then select the Drop down menu.

5. Select the status from the following:

  • Not started: The Topic has not been started by anyone.

  • In progress: The Topic has been marked as started. During this stage documents can be uploaded and Verified and Requirements can be marked off.

  • Ready for review: The Topic is Ready for review if a Reviewer is assigned an email will be sent to notify them the Topic is ready to be reviewed.

  • Verified: The Topic has been completed, with all the Requirements met and all the documents Verified.

⚠️Good to know: If a Topic status is changed to Verified, any documents that are not Verified will automatically be marked as Verified.
