A registered member can be a 'member' of multiple deal rooms at the same time. The Global Dashboard delivers high-level updates on the progress of these deals overall, and enables the user to access their deal rooms at any time.

The Deal Dashboard

  • Once you have accepted an invitation to join a deal room, you will be directed to the deal's dashboard.

  • If you're a member of a team given responsibility for a set of tasks in a checklist, your dashboard will enable you to track progress of those tasks that have been assigned to you and your team.

  • Along the top of the dashboard (just beneath the logo), you'll see the project name followed by the set of tabs.

  • If you can see these tabs, then your team has been given permission to open them.

  • In the deal dashboard example below, the team has been given access to a document tab, a checklist, the data room and Q&A Tracker. To open a tab, just click on it.

The Global Dashboard

  • If you are a member of more than one deal room at a time, your Global Dashboard enables you to navigate between deal rooms quickly.

  • If you are in a deal dashboard, just click on the logo at the top of the page, or the Home icon to return to your Global Dashboard.

  • Once on the Global Dashboard, all active deal spaces are displayed. Click on a tile to enter a deal room.

User Settings

  • Your global user settings are located next to your name, at the top-right hand corner of the Global and Deal Room Dashboards.

  • Select My Profile to change user settings such as email preferences (how often you receive daily digests, or notifications for Q&A for example), and to log-out of the platform.
