Members of the Room Owner's team have access to reporting tools that provide valuable data regarding the activities of invited teams.
Most Viewed Documents
Clicking on the Most Viewed Documents report will show which documents have been viewed, their location and the number of views overall. The name of the file is an active link.
Most Recently Added
The Most Recently Added report provides users with a link to the most recent files uploaded and tasks created, including location and time of upload or creation.
Team Activity
The Team Activity report shows time spent on the platform by the team overall. Clicking on the team name will show individual member activity, including log-in dates and duration.
Member Activity
The Member Activity report enables users to interrogate data regarding what individual team members have done, when it happened, and a reference link back to the specific document or checklist.
