The submission tool presents a clear process for setting up submission requirements and collecting the relevant submission documents from Tenderers. Our most recent upgrade allows Administrators the ability to run multiple submission windows in the same dataroom.
The process for setting multiple submissions is very similar to the original set up of a Submission room
1.) From the Submissions tab, you'll want to click into "Manage Submissions."
⚠️Good to know: If you have already created a submission window within your room, you will now notice the option to add an additional submission window in the top right corner of your page.
2.) If no submission windows have been created yet, you will be prompted to "Add submission window
3.) You can then name your submission window, as well as add folders. This will also be where you set the submission window close date.
⚠️Good to know: Administrators can now define submission windows as "locked" or "unlocked." You will have the choice to allow Administrators to view documents during the submission (unlocked)
You are free to start and close the windows at different times, as well as build out different folder structures and apply different settings to each submission window within your room.
