💡 Tip: If you've used Ansarada for Rooms before, please use the same password for Board.
To reset your password, just follow these simple steps:
1. Open the Ansarada Board app to reach the login screen. If you haven't used the app before, enter your username and select Next.
2. Select Forgot password.
3. Select your new password and hit Next. The password requirements are listed below:
You cannot choose from one of your last five passwords.Password must not contain the user’s entire username or display name.
Passwords must contain characters from 3 of the following 4 categories:
Lowercase characters a through z
Non-alphanumeric characters: ~!@#$%^&*_-+=`|/\(){}[]:;“’<>,.?/
Numbers 0 through 9
Uppercase characters A through Z
Must be eight characters or longer
4. You will receive the authentication code via SMS or email.
💡Tip: If you haven't received your authentication code, click the resend button to resend the authentication code via email. Please make sure to check your junk/spam folder to see if the email is there. If you still can’t find it, ask your IT team to whitelist [email protected].
5. Enter the authentication code to change your password, and voila! You're all set to log in to the Board app with your new password. 🎉
