⚠️Good to know: Sharing must be enabled by your administrator.
To share a copy of a document from a binder or Files via email, open the document for reading and select Share:
Select a recipient from your Contacts, Recent recipients list, or enter their name and email address:
If your administrator requires the document to be protected by a password, add and confirm a password:
Select to send your document with or without annotations:
Enter a message for the recipient:
Select Send:
Your recipient will receive a PDF copy of the document via email, if you have selected a password for the document, you will need to provide this to the recipient.
