1. Access the Accountable People records list.

  2. From the ‘Accountable People’ list page, click the record of a person to open their details.

  3. The Accountable Person page is displayed with that record. Click the Allocations tab.

  4. Click the Joint Notes 1 icon.

  5. The Joint Notes window displays.

Add a new Joint Note

  1. Click the Add Note 1 icon.

  2. The ‘New Note’ window displays. Enter the Note text in the edit area 1. Click the Save 2 icon to save this note. (Or, click the Cancel 3 icon to stop adding the Note.)

Edit a Joint Note

  1. Click the Edit Note 1 icon on the Note to update.

  2. The ‘Edit Note’ window displays. Update the Note text in the edit area 1. Click the Save 2 icon to save these changes. (Or, click the Cancel 3 icon to stop updating the Note.)

Delete a Joint Note

  1. Click the Delete Note 1 icon on the Note to delete.

  2. The ‘Confirm’ delete window appears. Click OK to delete, or click Cancel.
