Access the Risk Records list.

The Risks Page is displayed.

On the Risks Page, use the Page Navigation Panel and Column Headers to find the desired Risk in the Risk List.

Once you have located the desired Risk in the List, click the Risk to open the Risk Record.

The Risk Page is displayed with the ‘Assessment’ tab selected.

If the Save

icon is displayed, you have security access to update these values.

Update values as required and click the Save icon.
