To create an overview of the system's architecture that outlines all of the system's parameters, users and security settings, this will involve creating a Taxonomy Report.
In the Reports component, select Taxonomy.
This will generate a spreadsheet in the GRC system that shows all the parameters within the system. Different tabs along the bottom separate the different modules of the system.
This provides a snapshot of how the system is currently configured.
This can be exported as an Excel spreadsheet (xlsx) onto your desktop.
