Bulk uploading positions is possible on the system. It streamlines the creation of Positions by allowing the bulk upload of Positions from a spread sheet, cutting time-costs of creating a new position for every user.

  1. In the Maintainence tab, select Security Centre.

  2. On the very left of the Security Centre, select the 3-bar hamburger menu icon and choose Load Positions.

  3. Select Create a Spreadsheet Template to generate an Excel spreadsheet template with the relevant information fields that the system requires. This spreadsheet can be saved, downloaded, filled in from your desktop and then re-uploaded.

  4. Once re-uploaded, select Load the Positions. By doing this, the positions and their details that you filled into the spreadsheet will be automatically loaded to the system.

  5. The positions you have loaded and created will now be listed in the Security Centre.

Note: They will however, not appear in any lists and the person will

not be able to view any Modules until you have added/updated their Security access in Security Groups and System Groups.
