Are you confused by the language in the system around Tasks especially, the difference between a Task and a Current Task?
Tasks are the adhoc or recurring series of actions that are set up and generated for staff members to complete.
Current Tasks are the most recent open Tasks generated from the Task setup which require action by the task assignee/actioner now and have a Due Date in the near future. These will appear on each Position user's My Summary page, as determined by the 1st Reminder Date of the Task setup. Each task assignee for a given Task will receive their own individual Current Task to complete on their My Summary Page.
