1. Select your current Board or Committee

2. Select the Files section from the Boards/Committees tab

3. You can now add relevant documents concerning the selected Board or Committee


You can add Files in two ways.

I. By clicking the " + " button

  • Select the "Upload files(s)" option to upload selected files from your local system

  • Select the "Upload folder" option to upload a folder full of documents

  • Select "Create a blank folder" to build your files library

Alternatively, you can easily drag and drop the selected files/ folders directly into the window (upload area)

⚠️Good to know:

  • Files added are automatically saved and will have the "NEW" status against them, indicating it is unpublished/not visible in the Director's view.

  • Files will only reflect on the Director's (App User) view when published. Learn how to publish your files here.
