You can replace or update the existing files of the board/committee by adding the files that share the exact name of the documents to be replaced.

The replaced files will be automatically saved and will have the "NEW" status against them, indicating it is unpublished/not visible in the Director's view.

The updated files will reflect on the Director's (App User) view only when published.
