If a Current Task remains open and incomplete beyond it's Due Date, this Task becomes an Overdue Task and the following occurs:

  1. The Escalation Point (either of the task assignee - default, or specifically selected escalation point for the task) will be sent an email notification to alert them that the task has not been completed by the Due Date.

  2. The now Overdue Task will remain on the Position user's My Summary page until it is actioned and completed.

    ℹ️ Once Overdue, the pencil Action button will turn Red.

  3. The Position user will continue to receive a daily email notification of this Overdue Task to complete until it has been completed.
