After the Identity migration, there are important considerations to keep in mind:

Changing Your Password:

It is mandatory for every user to change their password initially in order to log in to Ansarada GRC. This step is essential to implement enhanced security measures.

Account Blockage:

If you find yourself blocked from logging in after multiple login attempts, please wait for an email from Identity that will provide instructions on how to unblock your account. Alternatively, you can use the "Send Invitation" prompt in the Security Center to reset your password and regain access. However, if you wish to avoid changing your password multiple times, please contact Ansarada GRC support for further instructions.

Multiple Positions in Ansarada GRC:

If you have multiple positions within Ansarada GRC, you can switch between users each time you log in. However, if you encounter difficulties logging in due to multiple positions, you can attempt to resolve the issue by editing your profile, which includes changing your name. To change your name, please click on "Edit Profile" under your profile section.

Single Sign-On (SSO) Users:

If you are a Single Sign-On user, there is no requirement for you to change your password.

Login Issues with Ansarada Dash:

Some users have reported difficulties logging in to the Ansarada Dash and accessing the My Summary page. If you encounter this issue, please contact Ansarada GRC support to obtain the correct URL for your site.
