💡 Tip: Important business services also known as critical operations, impact tolerance also known as tolerance levels, scenario testing also knowns as scenario analysis.
Firms need to conduct scenario testing to assess their ability to remain within their impact tolerance for each of their important business services in the event of a severe but plausible disruption. With the Ansarada Operational Resilience module, you can create a scenario testing plan outlining how you will verify your ability to stay within impact tolerances for each critical business service.
There are two options to add a business service test plan:
Option 1: Add from Important Business Services tab
Navigate to the Important Business Services tab.
Select a specific important business service record from the left-hand menu.
Click on the Actions Menu (three lines) located at the top right of the important business service record, select Add Business Service Test.
