We are thrilled to announce the launch of an exciting new feature in Ansarada GRC: Data Extraction Reporting.

This feature is specifically designed to enhance your experience with Ansarada GRC by allowing you to seamlessly extract data into an Excel spreadsheet. By streamlining the process of aggregating record information, this feature aims to save you valuable time while providing comprehensive insights.

In this guide, we'll walk you through everything you need to know to leverage this innovative functionality effectively.

Accessing the Data Extraction on your GRC system

Accessing the Data Extraction feature in your GRC system is quick and straightforward. Follow these simple steps to begin extracting data efficiently:

Step 1- Locate Reports from the Main menu and then Data Extraction from the sub-menu

  • Begin by navigating to the Reports section from the Main Menu of your GRC system.

  • Click on the General Tab within the sub-menu.

  • From the dropdown menu displayed, select "Data Extraction."

Step 2- Select the desired module for extraction

  • Once you're on the Data Extraction reporting page, you'll see various modules available for selection.

  • Choose the module relevant to your data extraction needs from the dropdown menu.

Step 3- Choose the Report Type

  • Select the appropriate report type based on your requirements.

  • You'll have the option to include Linked Records extractions and choose from different report types.

Step 4- Select the format

  • Opt for the desired format, typically Excel.

  • Click on Export to initiate the extraction process.

  • Your report will be exported and readily available within your system.

During the export process, it may require some time, and you'll notice a progress banner at the bottom of the screen. Please keep an eye on this banner to monitor the extraction progress. As depicted in the image below, the report extraction is currently in progress, and it's important to stay on the page until the extraction is complete.

Once the extraction process is finished, you will see a banner confirming that the extraction is complete. At this point, you can simply click on the link labelled "Download the document" to save your extracted document.

With these simple steps, you can efficiently access and utilize the Data Extraction feature in your GRC system, streamlining your data management processes.
