Ansarada GRC: Insights Dashboards - May 2024

Two new dashboards released within the Insights module.

Introducing two new Insights module dashboards

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve the user experience and provide valuable insights, we have released two new dashboards within the Insights module: the Contracts dashboard and the Triage PRO dashboard.

1. Contracts Dashboard

The Contract Overview Dashboard simplifies contract management by visually tracking renewals and expirations, integrating risk and performance metrics, and offering detailed insights and task-specific tools for efficient oversight. It is designed to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency, backed by a supportive team.

This dashboard will show:

  • Instant access to statistics on the number of active contract records, upcoming renewals, active material contracts, active third parties and attestations

  • The contract duration chart highlights all contracts sorted by renewal date. This provides an easy to understand visual on when the next few contracts are up for renewal and how long contracts have been active for.

  • Tasks by Type over time will allow you to understand if contract related tasks are regularly occurring – this includes Contract Reviews, SLA reviews and Contract Renewals

  • Ratings of any metrics or risks linked to it – this will help you to understand if any contracts have exceeded SLA.

  • Targeted Contract Oversight - Select any metric or risk rating to show related contracts – Contracts linked to highly rated risks may need more care and attention.

2. Triage PRO Dashboard

The Triage PRO dashboard improves TP activity management in the AGRC system, with the oversight to see links between TP records to Compliance or Risk modules for streamlined decision-making and enhanced tracking.

This dashboard will show:

  • Volume of notifications by category to understand the type of news being received and manage accordingly with quantified data.

  • Records By Owner And Status chart - you will see the which records are being assigned to and the status of those records. This will help in understanding distribution of workload and if notifications are being reviewed. Additionally, all notifications should be reviewed, so this will help provide insight and subsequently govern notification reviews.

  • The Linked Records chart will provide high level oversight of the impacts of the incoming news. You will be able to click on a record type and see the individual TP records and the linked records of that type.

  • Task Allocation chart will show the distribution of tasks (by owner) and how many are Open or Overdue. This helps to understand workload, and also chase up if there are any outstanding tasks.
