Welcome to Ansarada GRC (formerly TriLine GRC).

As a user, you will receive email notifications based on your responsibility and assigned tasks set up in the system.

All emails will be sent by generic system email: [email protected].

Common Types of Email Notifications

Examples of common email notifications you may receive as an Ansarada GRC user:

New Tasks for Action & Completion

  • Email header: Tasks for completion

  • Received by: actioner(s)

  • Received when: task is scheduled to be sent out by system

Task Reminder for Tasks currently due for Action & Completion (closer to the Due Date)

  • Email header: Tasks for completion

  • Subheading: SECOND REMINDER

  • Received by: actioner(s)

  • Received when: reminder notification is scheduled to be sent out by system

Overdue Tasks

  • Email header: Overdue Tasks

  • Received by: actioner(s)

  • Received when: task has become overdue

Overdue Task Escalation

  • Email header: Task Escalation Alert

  • Received by: escalation point of a staff member requiring to action & complete a task

  • Received when: task has become overdue (day after due date)

Transferred Tasks

  • Email header: Task transferred to you

  • Received by: new actioner of the tasks

  • Received when: Immediately after tasks are transferred

New Event/Register record submitted

  • Email header: New Event/Register Record Alert

  • Received by: Event/Register default owners

  • Received when: Immediately after form is submitted

Change of Manager on Events/Register records

  • Email header: Event/Register record allocated to you

  • Received by: Event/Register record owner

  • Received when: Immediately after the change
