ā¹ļøTo access the dashboard, you need to have the Operational Resilience module included in your GRC suite. If you donāt have this module yet, please contact our Support team to have it enabled for your suite.
The Operational Resilience (OpRes) module is designed to help organizations maintain continuity in their operations, particularly during disruptions.
This module now includes a dashboard that provides a comprehensive view of an organization's resilience status.
This assessment is particularly based on the outcomes of completed scenario tests, which are designed to simulate potential disruptions and evaluate the organizationās readiness to respond effectively.
Step 1: Access the Dashboard in the Overview Tab of the Operational Resilience Module
Begin by logging into the Ansarada GRC platform and navigating to the Operational Resilience module.
Click on the "Overview" tab within this module.
This tab serves as the central hub, providing a high-level summary of your organizationās current resilience posture.
Step 2: View numbers and proportion of Critical Operations, Resources and Scenario Tests in the Overview charts section.
In the Overview tab, locate the charts section. Here, you will find visual representations of key metrics such as the total number of Critical Operations, Resources, and Scenario Tests.
This visual data helps in quickly assessing the organizationās resilience status across different dimensions.
Step 3: Dive into more details with a list of completed scenario tests (default view), sorted in descending order by completion date.
Scroll down to find the section dedicated to Scenario Tests.
Here, youāll see a list of completed scenario tests, automatically sorted with the most recent tests displayed first.
This allows you to quickly identify and review the latest tests and their outcomes, providing insight into recent resilience activities.
Step 4: Choose a different view to display all available Critical Operations or Resources with a specific type of status and its relevant completed tests.
Use the filtering or sorting options available on the dashboard to switch views.
You can choose to view all Business Services or Resources instead of Scenario Tests.
Further refine the view by selecting specific status types (e.g., "All completed Scenarios" and "All results") to focus on areas needing attention.
The system will also display relevant scenario tests associated with the selected Critical Operations or Resources.
Users will have the flexibility to filter based on results, including options such as All Results, Within Threshold, At Threshold, and Beyond Threshold, as shown below:
This feature provides a breakdown of test results, helping you identify which critical operations or resources are within or beyond threshold levels, so you can take the necessary actions.
Step 5: Click on the Menu icon to access a detailed view of the test record on the same page.
For any listed test, service, or resource, you can view the full details by clicking on "View Details," "View Results," or "View Tasks."
The detailed view includes comprehensive information such as test objectives, outcomes, observations, Impacts, Risks, Time to recover, vullnerabilities, achievements, identified gaps, and recommendations for improvement.
This detailed analysis enables deeper understanding and allows for more informed decision-making regarding resilience improvements.

Q. How the status of Business Services/Critical Operations and Resources is calculated?
A: The status of each Service/Resource is determined by the worst-case result among the latest tests linked to each scenario.
Example: Suppose an IBS/Critical Operations called "Transaction Processing" is linked to two scenarios: Scenario A and Scenario B. The Impact Tolerance for "Transaction Processing" is set at 4 hours. Here are the results of the latest tests for each scenario:
Scenario A: The latest test completed with a Time to Recover of 3 hours.
Scenario B: The latest test completed with a Time to Recover of 5 hours.
Calculation:
For Scenario A, the TTR (3 hours) is less than the Impact Tolerance (4 hours), which would normally categorize the status as "Within Tolerance."
For Scenario B, the TTR (5 hours) exceeds the Impact Tolerance, categorizing the status as "Beyond Tolerance."
Since the status determination is based on the worst-case result, the overall status of the "Transaction Processing" service will be "Beyond Tolerance."
Q. Which tests are displayed under each Critical Operations/Resource?
A: For each Service/Resource tested in multiple scenarios, only the latest completed tests from each scenario type is displayed. Tests displayed under each IBS/Resource are ordered in descending order by completion date.
Example: Suppose a IBS called "Transaction Processing" is linked to two scenarios: Scenario A and Scenario B.

Scenario A has two tests run from it, called Test 1 and Test 2 (the latest)
Scenario B has three tests run from it, called Test 3, Test 4 and Test 5 (the latest)
In Overview tab, users will see in service "Transaction Processingā expanded view:
2 tests shown: Test 2 from Sce A and Test 5 from Sce B, ordered by the latest completed time.
