People using Office 2010, 2013, and 2016 may encounter a blank screen when trying to open Excel-format room reports.
Solution
1. Locate the Excel report on your computer.
2. Right click on the file > select Properties.
3. In the General tab, select Unblock at the bottom right.
Tip: You may not have access to do this. If you cannot Unblock, contact your IT team.
4. Open the Excel report again and it should appear.
