How to create a folder
Step 1: Log in to the Ansarada Data Room
Go to Dash.ansarada.com and log in.
Step 2: Locate the Documents Section in the Room
Click on “Documents” under the “Manage” section on the left hand side.
Step 3: Add a Single Folder
Go to Add then Folder
Step 4: Select folder settings
Click “Change” next to “Parent” to select the folder where you want to upload the folder. If you would like it to appear in the main index as a parent folder, leave the Parent section set to Document Index.
The number will be automatically populated to match the existing numbering in the room.
In the Name field, enter a name for the folder.
Choose the status of the folder.
Click “Add ” to create the folder in the room.

To upload multiple Folders, use the Bulk Upload tool. Learn more here. If you are uploading empty folder into the room, we recommend to zip the folder and drag and drop of zipped folder into the window.

Do external users see disabled folders?

No, external users do not see disabled folder. Disabled folder will not appear in the Document Index until they are enabled.
