Disabled files do not appear in guests' Document Index until they are enabled.
Enabled files appear in the Document Index, but only to those who have been granted access.
Documents can only be enabled and disabled by Admins and Publishers.
⚠️Good to know: All uploaded documents are disabled by default.
View the status of files and folders
Go to the left menu. Under Manage, select Documents.
Red type indicates a disabled document
Black type indicates an enabled document
