ℹ️ This feature is only available to Administrators and Room Creators in the Management Area.
Clients who have an enterprise agreement can be given access to their own management area, so they can create their own Data Rooms and start their project straight away. Note please check your contract allowance and consumption to see if you are able to create more Data Rooms.
How to create a new Data Room
Step 1: Log in to the Ansarada Data Room
Log in at os.ansarada.com.
Step 2: Access the management area
Click the management area where you want to create the new room.
Step 3: Create a new Data Room
On the left-hand menu, under Manage, click "Your Rooms"
Click "Add" and then "Data Room"
Add the name of the Data Room
Create the Address (URL)
Select the appropriate Document Storage location (once shown, this cannot be changed at a later stage).
Select the appropriate transaction type and industry group
Click Save

Once the location is set, it can't be altered. By default, all data is stored in Sydney, Australia.
