Customize your Deal Room.

Personalize your data room by updating the room name, URL, and logo.

You're able to customize your deal room by changing the room's name, URL, or adding your own logo. The Room name is visible to anyone who has access to it, has the URL, or is trying to log in. We therefore recommend using a discreet and confidential project name.


How to Customise your Deal Room

Update Deal Room name

Step 1: Log in to the Ansarada Data Room

Log in at dash.ansarada.com

Step 2: Navigate to the Settings tab

The setting option can be found on the left-hand tool bar of the page.

Step 3: Update the Deal Room name

In the Data Room section, enter the new name of the Data Room.

Step 4: Save the changes

Scroll down to the bottom of the page to save the changes.

Step 1: Log in to the Ansarada Data Room

Log in at dash.ansarada.com

Step 2: Navigate to the Settings tab

The setting option can be found on the left-hand toolbar of the page.

Step 3: Update the Deal Room name

In the Address section, select "Add Address" and enter in the new address. You can also remove previous addresses but note that anyone who saved the previous URL as a bookmark would need to update it.

Step 4: Save the changes

Follow Step 4 above to save the changes.

Step 1: Log in to the Ansarada Data Room

Log in at dash.ansarada.com

Step 2: Navigate to the Settings tab

The setting option can be found on the left-hand toolbar of the page.

Step 3: Update the Deal Room logo

Under Header, select "Choose Files" to find your logo on your computer, and select "Open". Check the clarity of the image and ensure it fits into the image box.

Step 4: Save the changes

Follow Step 4 above to save the changes.

FAQ

What happens if I update the URL after the room is live?

If people use the old or original URL after it's been updated, it will still redirect them to the correct room with the right URL. Moving forward, this address will be used in any invitation emails.

What happens if I delete the old URL after the room is live?

We don't recommend deleting the original URL if people have already been invited to the room, as it will no longer redirect them to the room.

Why is my URL not being accepted?

If the address is already in use, an alert will appear, as the same URL cannot be used for two different rooms. Note you should also make sure you don't have a double '.' at the end.
