Track bulk download activities by users

ℹ️ This report is only available to Administrators and Viewers.

The Bulk Download report shows you when and how many documents were bulk downloaded by your users during your selected date range.

How to run the report:

Step 1: Go to the Left menu. Under View, select Reports.

On the left-hand side, click "Reports" under "View"​.

Step 2: Under Documents, select Bulk Download report.

Find the "Documents" header, select "Bulk Download Report".

Step 3: Select the time Period.

Choose the time period that you want the report to generate: All Activity, Yesterday, Today, or Specific Date Range.

Step 4: Select Download.

Select the green download button, the report will be downloaded to your default downloads folder.

FAQs

What time zone is the report in?

The date and time shown on the report are in Sydney time.

What format will the report be in?

The Bulk Download Report will be generated in Excel format.

Why is my report empty?

The report will be empty if no one has done a bulk download from the room yet.

What documents are included in the bulk download?

If the security controls are turned on for the documents, only those that allow saving are included in the bulk download.

Can I track who has viewed the documents in a bulk download?

If security controls have been turned on for the documents, then any document viewed from the bulk download is tracked in the reports.
