What format will the report be in?

The User Activity report will be generated in Excel format.

Why does the report show that no documents have been viewed?

The security controls must be turned on for the documents so that each view is tracked and shown in the reports.

How can I see if and when someone accepted the terms of access for the room?

The Activity report will show every individual activity for each user, that includes the first time they accepted the terms of access and any time after that.

I'd like to verify if a user has viewed an answer to a question - how can I do that?

Using the Activity report you can see whether a user has viewed an answer that has been submitted. This is particularly helpful if a wrong answer was shared and you'd like to revoke access. Once you've checked this report you can then un-disclose the answer through Q&A.
