If you've forgotten your password, don't worry! You can reset it at any time by following these simple steps:
Step 1: Go to: https://dash.ansarada.com
Step 2: Enter your email address.
Make sure that you are using the email address where you received the initial deal room invitation. You also will need to verify your details through the invitation email for every room / project you're invited to.
Forgotten your password? Go to step 3.
Know your password? Go to step 4.
Step 3a): Forgotten your password?
Enter your email to receive reset instructions, and select Continue.
You will receive an email with a link (valid for 2 hours) to reset your password.
Step 3b): Create new password
From the email received, enter a new password to change your password. This one must contains:
At least 8 characters
At least 3 of the following:
Lower case letters (a-z)
Upper case letters (A-Z)
Numbers (0-9)
Special characters (e.g. !@#$%^&*
Step 4: Enter your password to login
Enter the password you have used previously to re-gain access to Ansarada. As long as you have verified your account for each project you will be able to log in.

What if I haven't received my password reset email?
If you haven't received your password reset email, please check your junk/spam folder to see if the email is there. If you still can’t find it, ask your IT team to whitelist the following email address: [email protected]. Once your IT team has whitelisted our email address, follow steps 1-5.
Please also note that If you have never used Ansarada, and therefore not verified your account and created a profile you will not be able to receive a reset password link. Please refer to your invitation email to create your profile.

Check your junk/spam folder to see if the invite email is there.
If you still can’t find your invite, ask your IT team to white list our address [email protected] and ask the Room Admin to resend the invitation.
If you are not in contact with your data room Administrator, please contact our support team as we can also resend the invite to the same email address if necessary.

If you've previously used Ansarada products with your current registered email address, you can log in using the same password.

Yes, if your company have implemented SSO System and Ansarada is part of your business domain security Platform you will need to reach out your internal IT support to let you access Ansarada and potentially another applications permitted for accessing with your SSO credentials.
Is the MFA System a barrier to reset my password?
Is the MFA System a barrier to reset my password?
No, MFA will not affect the password reset process. You would just need to reset the password according to the step guide provided above.
Setting up MFA is a separate process and you can learn more here about how to configure or reset your MFA from your end.
