If you've forgotten your password, don't worry! You can reset it at any time by following these simple steps:
Go to: https://dash.ansarada.com
Enter your email address.
Select Forgot password?
Enter your email to receive reset instructions, and select Continue.
You will receive an email with a link (valid for 2 hours) to reset your password. Select Reset password.
💡Tip: If you haven't received your password reset email, please check your junk/spam folder to see if the email is there. If you still can’t find it, ask your IT team to whitelist the following email address: [email protected]. Once your IT team has whitelisted our email address, follow steps 1-4.
Enter a new password to change your password. Your password must contain:
At least 8 characters
At least 3 of the following:
Lower case letters (a-z)
Upper case letters (A-Z)
Numbers (0-9)
Special characters (e.g. !@#$%^&*)
Select Reset password, and you're all set to log in to the Room with your new password. 🎉
